Wdrożenia LIMS
Solution4Labs wdraża i dostosowuje systemy LIMS do indywidualnych potrzeb laboratoriów - w tym Thermo Scientific™ SampleManager™, tak, aby wiernie odwzorowywały realne procesy pracy. Zapewniamy integracje z aparaturą i systemami ERP/MES, konfigurujemy przepływy pracy, role, raporty i panele oraz dbamy o zgodnoś ć, identyfikowalność i bezpieczeństwo danych.
Programy na zamówienie
Na etapie definiowania i planowania projektu powstaje plan bazowy, który określa wszystkie zadania wraz z ich ramami czasowymi i jakościowymi. Ustalany jest cel, zakres, kluczowe etapy (kamienie milowe) oraz metody ewaluacji. Na tym etapie identyfikuje się także potencjalne ryzyka. Po przygotowaniu planu tworzy się zespół projektowy i powołuje komitet sterujący.
Konsultacje przedwdrożeniowe
Przeprowadzamy audyty i konsultacje przedwdrożeniowe, które precyzyjnie określają potrzeby i mapują rzeczywiste przepływy pracy w laboratorium. Analizujemy dane, ryzyka i wymagania regulacyjne (m.in. ISO 17025, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11), wskazując wąskie gardła i potencjał automatyzacji.
