§ 1. General provisions
 

1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter: the ‘Terms’) set out the rules for using the website available at solution4labs.com (hereinafter: the ‘Website’).

2. The Website is operated by Solution4Labs spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Białystok at 110 Sienkiewicza Street, 15-005 Białystok, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000533329, NIP 5272725493 and REGON 360310865, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Administrator’.

3. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

 

§ 2. Definitions
 

1. User – a natural person using the Website.

2. Materials – all content published on the Website (texts, graphics, documents and software).

3. Services – the Website’s functionalities, in particular information about solutions and contact forms.

 

§ 3. Rules for using the Website
 

1. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, these Terms and generally accepted standards of conduct.

2. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content, take actions that disrupt the operation of the Website, or infringe the rights of the Administrator or third parties.

2. Complaints are reviewed within 14 working days of receipt.

 

§ 9. Amendments to the Terms
 

1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms.

2. Users will be informed of amendments by publication of the revised Terms on the Website.

3. Amendments take effect on the date they are published on the Website.

 

§ 10. Final provisions
 

1. Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law.

2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court of general jurisdiction competent for the Administrator’s registered office.

3. The Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
