Monitoring environmental conditions in the laboratory
Stable environmental conditions are the foundation of reliable analyses and safe laboratory work. Appropriate monitoring is not only a matter of procedural compliance, but also enables an effective response to deviations and rapid decision-making.
During the webinar, Solution4Labs experts will show how LIMS systems support supervision of the working environment — from data recording and sensor integration to responding to alerts.
The event is intended for people responsible for quality, safety, infrastructure and environmental compliance in laboratories.

Agenda
1. Theoretical session (30 minutes)
Mateusz Kirzyński, Business Development Manager at Solution4Labs, will discuss the most important aspects of managing environmental conditions in laboratories. He will present methods for monitoring storage conditions, responding to deviations and documenting changes in environmental parameters. He will also discuss analysing the impact of the environment on test results, establishing monitoring protocols and schedules, and the importance of defining critical parameters in daily laboratory work.
2. Presentation by a special guest specialising in environmental monitoring (30 minutes)
3. Practical session (15 minutes)
Adam Olczak, LIMS Consultant at Solution4Labs, will demonstrate live how environmental conditions can be recorded during testing within a LIMS, how sensor data can be integrated, equipment checks performed, conditions tracked in real time and responses made when defined thresholds are exceeded.
4. Q&A session (15 minutes)
In the final part of the webinar, participants will be able to ask questions, discuss their own cases and receive practical guidance from the presenters.
