A wireless Bluetooth temperature sensor designed for precise temperature monitoring in environments requiring high accuracy and a wide measurement range. The sensor performs particularly well wherever very low and high temperatures must be monitored, for example in the food, laboratory and medical industries or when storing biological samples.
 

The measuring element is based on a Pt100 detector, a 100 Ω platinum resistor, with a four-wire design and Class A accuracy, providing highly stable and precise measurements.

Features and functions 

🔹Ultra-low temperature measurement range – depending on the selected probe, the sensor can measure temperatures from as low as -200°C to 200°C.  

🔹Configurable probes – cable length, probe material and measurement range can be adapted to specific applications.  

🔹The probe is made from food-grade materials – ideal for the food industry and environments with stringent hygiene requirements.  

🔹Precise real-time measurement – thanks to a 4-wire Pt100 and a calibration report.  

🔹Configurable temperature alarm thresholds – notifications when defined thresholds are exceeded.  

🔹Large local data memory – up to 20,408 logs (records), protecting data against loss.  

🔹Data visualisation and export – temperature data can be displayed in the application and exported to Excel.  

🔹IP67 water and dust resistance – the sensor is resistant to dust and water.  

🔹NIST certification – calibration traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology standards.

🔹Probe measurement ranges 

The MST01-Pt100 sensor can be configured with different probes – sample values are shown below:  

  1. Sonda Pt100 ultra-low 
    Temperature range -200°C to +200°C 
     

  2. Sonda Pt100 standard
    Temperature range -40°C to +180°C 

(Each probe may have different accuracy levels for individual ranges.)  
 

🔹Temperature measurement accuracy 

  • ±0.5°C for most temperature ranges 

  • ±1°C or ±2°C for extreme ranges (depending on the probe configuration)  
     

🔹Other parameters 

  • Measurement resolution: 0.01°C  

  • LCD display: yes (on selected models)  

  • Buzzer / audible alarm: yes  

  • Recording mode: cyclic (older data are overwritten when the memory is full)  

  • Module operating temperature: typically -30°C to +70°C  

  • Operating humidity: 0–95% RH (non-condensing)
