MSE01 & MSE02

Equipment Condition Monitoring Sensors

A series of intelligent sensors designed to monitor the operating condition of devices and machines in real time.

These sensors can record various input signals, such as contact status, voltage and current, transmit them via Bluetooth to IoT gateways or services, and enable machine operation analysis and alerts in the event of failures or status changes.

The devices are ideal for integration with Industry 4.0 systems, production automation, equipment servicing, production line condition monitoring and predictive systems.

Technical functions and capabilities

Supported signals

MSE01/MSE02 sensors can monitor:

🔹 Input status, for example whether a device is switched on or off
🔹 Digital signal (0 / 1)
🔹 Analogue signal, for example 0–10 V or 4–20 mA
🔹 Information about machine errors and failures

This makes it possible to record a wide range of information about machine operation — from the presence of voltage to detecting errors in the production cycle.
